This internship is done via co-registration (“Mitbelegung”) at another university

You will need the signed co-registration form from the SPL. After grading, submit the assessment form for recognition. It is your responsibility to renew the co-registration each semester.

This internship is done within an Erasmus framework

After grading, submit the signed Learning Agreement together with the report for recognition. See the UniVie International Office for details.

Step 3: Project Details

Provide details about your internship project.

Project Title * Enter a tentative title; the final one can differ from what you enter here.

Project Description * Ask your supervisor about the tentative plan for the project. The coordinator will verify that the proposed project is consistent with the goals of your Master program and that it is carried out in an active, internationally recognized research environment. The topic must be primarily research-oriented – internships without a clear research objective or working hypothesis (e.g. repetitive measurements, technician jobs) will not be approved.

Tentative End Date Auto-calculated: begin date + 2 months

Each internship is worth 10 ECTS (~250 hours). It is fine if your internship is slightly shorter or longer – there is no need to modify the dates. You cannot receive more or fewer ECTS credits regardless of actual duration. Important: project dates may not overlap with other registered internships!
